Ok I have two servers up. One is our normal one with the tune. Both severs have the exact same tune so that way we can compare. It's a very balanced a tad on the push side, especially out of 2. I'd prefer this because I don't want it too loose and have a lot of cautions.
Server 1 -
Our original one we've been running. GBR-Spazcar Cup 2013
Server 2 -
2014 V1.1 named GBR-Spazcar 2014 v1.1
This has the update 1.1 applied and I hopefully also opened up spectate mode.
For those that haven't done it, I suggest making a copy of your current VHR2014 and name it like VHR2014V1.1 Apply the update to this folder. When the installer asks you what folder, be sure to select the V1.1 folder. default is c: programsfilesx86
I'm hoping that there is no issues as I would prefer to run the 1.1 so that we can have our lucky dog and Green/White/Checkers back.
Try to use this thread to co-ordinate getting together to practice on the 1.1
Update 1.1 is available in the Spazcar Cup downloads section.

I ran about 50 laps (give or take) each on both versions, to me it felt like the front tires were gripping better on the v1.1 patch, I ran about 2 fuel runs on the v1.1 server tires wore really well I thought.
At end of first run I had about 66% on RF and 70% on RR.
At end of second run I had about 68% on RF and 71% on RR
From beginning to end of run I think I lost about close to half a second maybe but the car was completely underneath me the whole time, the only thing you really have to watch is it pushing off turn 2 a little bit,
As far as comparing the 2 versions in the current version it felt like the car had a little more of a push in the center of the corner but its still very drivable
Whereas with the v1.1 patch as I said earlier felt like front end of the car was working better and I wasn't out of the gas as long.
Anyways those were just some notes I took.

Thanks David. That tune on 1.1 is designed with a little push so that we can hopefully have less cautions and and stable cars under us. I plan to to be on tomorrow night for further test. I really appreciate the long run notes Sent from Galaxy Note 3

I'll try to catch you tomorrow night, then maybe we can see if the side draft causes as much slippage as that dud was complaining about.

As usual lots in the way today. I'm going to test tomorrow. It's sounding like 1.1 is the way we are going to go. I think you guys should make a copy of your 1.0 and install 1.1 into it and well try the 1.1. If there are any issues we always have 1.0 to revert to, but I'm really looking forward to the green/white/checkered being available.

Rob and myself tried to get some side draft going last night, what little we manage seemed fine to me.

Ya we'll go 1.1...I want the lucky dog and the proper ending cautions if necessary.
