Hey guys, I'm posting this link to a in car video of practice at Darlington. I'm hoping that by showing what I'm seeing and doing may be someone can give me some tips as to how I can try to improve. Thank you Joe. |

The tune will help lot more. I'm gonna try to get one together this morning. It's a slippery track. I personally usually come in high and apex late coming out of corner. But you trying for the right line too it just the lack of tune i think.

This is what i have so far. I'm gonna try to get back on tonight. Little loose first lap or so. Then settles in. If you overdrive 3 you push to wall tho. Dar close.svm (3.51 KB) |

Seems loose in the rear end compared to the one from Charlotte, but I'm sure that makes it better in other aspects like speed and tire wear.
Is that true?

It is for first 3 laps or so then it wears in nice..or least i think. Try running traction control for first couple laps then you can switch off.

Hey Joe, If that flickering gets to ya (GID) it can be fixed.
Look at the top of the gidconf.ini (or whatever it's called) file. There is an entry for "flickering mode". Mine was set at 2. Setting to 0 fixed the flicker for me.

Hmmm for the RR was heating up so much and so fast that I was wrecking loose even with TC on. I raised the left side Trackbar up to like 9.000 and that really seemed to help the exit. Ill try to get on and see if I can help figure it out tonight.

Yeah the one Andrew came up with I think he said it was based off Dover setup felt good to me it does eventually get tight as tires fall off but it seemed really stable. As far as your setup Ian I think it goes back to how different all our wheel settings and how sensitive they are with this mod, because if I remember right one of the setups you had for Bristol felt awesome for you and some of us really struggled with it. Only about 10 more races in these cars I think lol then we move on to something with less headaches.
