Indy is not a MG track from what i can tell. We'll have to see. It was ok in 14 tho

I wouldn't see an MG Pocono or Indy being any racier, given how tight the corners are, and how long the straightaways are.

Couldn't get to the tune tonight, will have to tomorrow. What is there tho, works on the premise of no grip. Slow in and feather it out. First lap a bitch , second gets better and 3rd almost drive able. If you pushing coming in, you're coming in to hot. If you loose off, throttle some more. All i got for now guys. I can't seem to find a happy medium or grip on this one. Need to rewrite the tire code for grip in this mode, or go adjust every damn track.

Best thing you can do here is back up the corners way more than you would think and race the racetrack. Just concentrate on your marks because if you miss your going for a ride
As far as the physics when I think about it not really surprising this place is as bad as it is, I remember having a conversation with Andrew when we were running laps before the season started and we were really worried about the flatter race tracks. Phoenix, Richmond and last week at New Hampshire were all really tough to setup for and when we got in the race the cars really felt weird to drive. Then when you think it doesn't have hardly any banking and its worlds faster than the 3 previous tracks I mentioned so I guess naturally its going to feel that much worse. I don't think theres any setups that can fix that as you said somethings gonna have to be done in the physics
Upside: its Spazcar, its Indy, we'll still have fun :-)

Correct on the backing off for corner. And double correct we will still have fun. Just habe to attack it as there is no grip. I'm still gonna work on it some today. See if i can find anything. Even if it a makes no sense setup

Ok Just put a new setup on Server. Now i don't know if this truly makes a difference or not cause the server SUPPOSED to force upgrades. But i went, bought and installed the indy upgrade ( i haven't done that yet this season). Then all i had to do was few minor tweaks to Phoenix setup and car is planted with predictable grip. So i suggest you guys make sure you have the indy upgrade on the car. Still mind your entry speed, but it's super stable for quiet a few laps. It WILL be a right front tire burner tho if you push it. Let me know what you think.
